67 Cougar- 289, A Code
1967 Mercury Cougar- Has been in the family since early 90s. All original A code model. Factory 4 barrel carb with manual 4 sp. Original Green paint. Cragar wheels from early 90's. Headlight vacuum covers work. Tail light sequencing was upgrades to solid state system (still have original motorized system too).
Shows 115K on odometer and have no reason to believe this is not correct. It still works and have receipts going back 20 years. Runs, drives & stops. Had to install new gas tank, radiator, carb (have original Motorcraft) and alternator so it is drivable.
Needs TLC. Has typical rust these older Cougars (trunk area). Not a rusted out mess but should be addressed. This car has deep meaning and should go to someone who knows these cars and wants to enjoy.

1969 Standard Convertible S-Code (390 4v), C6 Auto for Sale. A/C, PS, PB, PW.
Driver quality car with rust in rear lower quarters. Starts, idles, runs, drives, shifts, stops and handles very well. New raised-white letter Cooper Cobra tires on original rims with '69 XR7 hubcaps. New battery, new starter solenoid. Well sorted at this point, with the hide-away headlights working well, sequential turn signals functioning properly, and power top and power windows working.
Rust in front corner of driver's side floor pan (top leaked into interior), and rust in trailing door edges. Older re-paint in maroon, though original yellow shows through in cowl vent area and several other discreet spots where paint flaked off. Needs new top and pass side exhaust manifold due to a crack/leak on that side prior to collector and down-pipe. Vintage "Cherry Bomb" mufflers still on the car from the 70's or 80's; audible magic for motorheards.
