1970 Mercury Cougar XR-7 convertiable
1970 Mercury Cougar XR-7 Eliminator clone convertible. 351 Cleveland 4bbl. C-6 automatic trans, 3.00 9 inch rear end. P/S,P disc brakes, P. window, tilt wheel, A/C, P. top with folding glass window, rim blow horn. This car had a complete rotisserie restoration. To much to list what is new. Car runs and drives very nice. Full deluxe Marti report. This Cougar is one of 23 with these options and orignial black and ginger interior. I did not want to paint it black again because it shows dust and to me ginger color interior looks like a cardboard box color. But in my defense it looks awesome in this color combo! Silver with white interior. Thanks for looking and have a great day!

1967 Project with lots of new parts
I bought this 1967 Cougar about 10 years ago. It was a barn find. Stored for about 10 years in a shop with concrete floor. It drove into the spot then set until I bought it. My son and I began a restoration and life has kept us too busy to continue. It is a 289 with original engine. Car is dissassembled extensively. All parts are stored with it. New parts are all from West Coast Custom Cougar. I have power brake system, disc brakes, aluminium intake, soft top, battery box, front suspension, dash pad, gas tank, and more that I am not thinking about. Transmission was overhauled just prior to it being stored by the last owner parking it. Here are pictures from when we bought it and pictures of it currently.
Car is located in Arkadelphia Arkansas. That is right off of I30 half way between Little Rock and Texarkana.
